1 pk Envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 c Soft butter (or margarine)
Scrub potatoes but do not pare. Cut each in three or
lengthwise slices. Blend butter and soup mix; spread

Wrap each potato in square of foil, overlapping
ends. Bake until
tender, turning once. Takes 45 to 60 minutes on the
grill or right on
top of coals depending on size of potatoes.
