1. Fry the garlic in the oil until browned, and then
add the tofu and onions and fry 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the rice, mushrooms, tomatoes, brown sugar
and soy sauce and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Then add the curry powder, turmeric, and pepper.
4. Cut the onions into pieces and sprinkle over the top along
with the snipped basil.
