Spicy Basil Thai Fried Rice
Difficulty: EASY, but a lot of ingredients :)
tbsp of vegetable oil
gloves of garlic
1-2 green and/or red serrano pepper
1/2 lb of sliced chicken breast, thinly sliced beef, deveined
shrimps with shells removed or strips of firm tofu.

garlic, it's not necessary to put a lot) and 1-2 serrano peppers.
Heat vegetable oil in pan on medium/high heat (preferrably a wok. As

onion and one handful of basil then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add 4-5 tbsp of fish sauce (available at most Asian markets and some
major grocery chains). Fish sauce should be mixed into the rice.
Squeeze 1 lime and mixed into rice. Remove rice from pan and place
onto serving dish.
Garnish rice with cilantro. Place a few slices of the remaining
unsqueezed lime and slices of peeled cucumber along the side of
serving dish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
