1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium saucepan.
3. Add scallions and saute over medium heat until
limp. Do not brown.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in Italian seasoning, horseradish sauce,
milk and cheese.
6. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
7. Stir in cooked vegetables and heat.
8. Place pasta in a large bowl, and toss with sauce.
