1. Drain the liquid from the marinated artichoke
hearts into a skillet.
2. Slice the drained hearts into bite sized pieces.
3. Add the olive oil and butter to the drained-off
marinade in the skillet.
4. Heat the mixture, add the onions and saute them
until soft (5 - 8 minutes).
5. Add the artichoke hearts and basil.
6. Saute for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in
remaining ingredients and serve over ˝ pound
