1 -1/2 pounds ground beef
3 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 -1/2 tbls dried basil
2 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Assembly; in a bowl mix the ground beef,
Worcestershire sauce, basil, garlic salt, and pepper. Form the
mixture into 4
patties. Freeze on cookie sheet them bag them.
*It seems like you could freeze right away if you
just put wax paper or parchment paper between them.
To serve; lightly oil the grill grate, and cook
burgers about 6 min turning once to an internal temp of 160 or
doneness. Serve with buns.
