6 egg whites, whipped
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Crème
1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 cup unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare an 8−inch
square pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla
extract and Marshmallow Crème.
In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour,
baking powder, and baking soda. Mix dry
ingredients with wet ingredients just until
moistened. Bake for 30 minutes.
